Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in teaching and leading maths in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of maths curriculum and pedagogy at all key stages.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Preferred
- Experience in curriculum leadership or senior leadership roles.
- Experience in training and mentoring teachers.
- Familiarity with assessment and data analysis in education.
- Experience with maths-specific professional development programs.
