Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and a valid teaching qualification (e.g., QTS).
- Proven experience in teaching Science at the secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge in Science, with the ability to teach across key stages.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to science department initiatives or curriculum development.
- Experience with using technology in the classroom to enhance teaching and learning.
- Involvement in extracurricular science activities or STEM initiatives.
- Experience in working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
