• Take on leadership responsibilities within the English department
• Plan and implement rigorous teaching strategies that foster intellectual curiosity and critical thinking

• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching and learning across the school

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education
• Demonstrated ability to improve student outcomes and drive academic success
• Strong subject knowledge in English and a commitment to high-quality teaching
• Experience in delivering lessons that align with a structured and ambitious curriculum
• Ability to lead and take responsibility within a department

Preferred

• Experience in leading or mentoring other teachers
