Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in Computer Science or a related subject.
- Demonstrable evidence of improving student outcomes and achievement.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality lessons.
- Commitment to the school’s values and ethos, including Ambition, Resilience, and Kindness.
- Experience working in a school environment with a strong focus on character development and personal growth.
Preferred
- Experience teaching in a large all-through school setting.
- Familiarity with the Ark network and its approach to education and staff development.
- Experience with integrating technology and innovation into the classroom.
- Leadership experience or the potential to take on leadership roles within the department.
