Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in Computer Science or a related subject.
  • Demonstrable evidence of improving student outcomes and achievement.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality lessons.
  • Commitment to the school’s values and ethos, including Ambition, Resilience, and Kindness.
  • Experience working in a school environment with a strong focus on character development and personal growth.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching in a large all-through school setting.
  • Familiarity with the Ark network and its approach to education and staff development.
  • Experience with integrating technology and innovation into the classroom.
  • Leadership experience or the potential to take on leadership roles within the department.
