Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Physical Education lessons to students from KS3 through to A level.
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in physical education and beyond.
• Develop and implement engaging, inclusive, and challenging PE programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the broader curriculum and extra-curricular activities.
• Monitor and assess student progress using data to inform teaching and learning.
• Contribute to the pastoral care and wellbeing of students.
• Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uphold the school’s values and commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A good honours degree.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE, preferably from the UK.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in teaching.
• Ability to teach Physical Education through to A level.
• Willingness to teach other science subjects to KS3 and/or KS4.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student wellbeing and safeguarding.

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
• Experience in a British curriculum school.
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership roles.
• Experience in extra-curricular activities or sports coaching.
