Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Business and Economics lessons to students across all key stages, including A level.
• Develop and implement engaging, innovative teaching strategies that promote student success and curiosity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the school’s mission of academic excellence and student wellbeing.
• Contribute to the wider curriculum and extra-curricular activities, including pastoral care and safeguarding.
• Use data to monitor and support student progress, ensuring all learners are challenged and supported effectively.

• Maintain a high standard of teaching practice and contribute to the school’s culture of excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A good honours degree.
• QTS or PGCE teaching qualification, preferably from the UK.
• Minimum of two years’ teaching experience.
• Ability to teach Business and Economics through to A level.
• Commitment to student wellbeing, pastoral care, and safeguarding.

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
• Experience in a British curriculum school.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering cross-curricular initiatives.
