Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities
• Support students in achieving their full potential through engaging and challenging lessons
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A degree in Mathematics or a related subject
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students

Preferred

• Experience with teaching Key Stages 3 and 4
• Experience with curriculum development or departmental leadership
• Experience with innovative teaching methods or PedTech integration
• Experience with vocational or technical pathways in education
