Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
  • Strong subject knowledge in English and experience of teaching across the age and ability range.
  • Commitment to Catholic values and the school’s mission.
  • Ability to meet the Teachers’ Standards and demonstrate reflective practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working within a team and contributing to a collaborative environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with teaching English as a Second Language.
  • A track record of raising student achievement and positive impact.
  • Experience in continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methods.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding procedures and student welfare.
