Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
- Strong subject knowledge in English and experience of teaching across the age and ability range.
- Commitment to Catholic values and the school’s mission.
- Ability to meet the Teachers’ Standards and demonstrate reflective practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in working within a team and contributing to a collaborative environment.
Preferred
- Experience with teaching English as a Second Language.
- A track record of raising student achievement and positive impact.
- Experience in continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methods.
- Familiarity with safeguarding procedures and student welfare.
