Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Maths lessons to students at all levels, including A-Level.
• Develop and implement engaging and innovative teaching strategies.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance departmental performance and student outcomes.
• Support the school’s mission by fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives.
• Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and other staff members.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and pastoral care where appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in teaching Maths or meeting ECT standards.
• Ability to teach up to A-Level.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for Maths education.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to student welfare and academic excellence.

Preferred

• Experience working in an Outstanding school.
• Background in Catholic education or a similar values-based environment.
• Experience with diverse student populations.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
