Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students in Mathematics.
  • Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement and achievement.
  • Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to support student success.
  • Collaborate with the department and wider school community to enhance teaching and learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS).
  • Experience teaching Mathematics at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to the school’s values and mission.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school with a strong Christian ethos.
  • Experience with pastoral care and student support.
  • Experience with curriculum development and innovation in Mathematics teaching.
  • Experience with using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
