Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Maths lessons that engage and challenge students of all abilities.

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum and share best practices.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to support student engagement and well-being.
- Provide pastoral care and support to students where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and attainment.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching and learning practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS).
- Proven experience in teaching Maths at secondary level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and inclusive education.
Preferred
- Experience with teaching in a mixed ability classroom.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Experience with curriculum development or leadership in a departmental setting.
- Previous involvement in extracurricular activities or enrichment programs.
