Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, curriculum-focused lessons in Music and Drama up to KS5.

- Contribute to the development and delivery of extracurricular and enrichment activities.
- Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
- Participate in professional development and staff training initiatives.

- Work closely with the leadership team to implement new curriculum initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Music and Drama.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across key stages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
- Experience working in a school environment with a focus on student progress and outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching up to KS5.
- Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and music software.
- Experience in leading or contributing to extracurricular activities.
- Background in curriculum development or innovation.
- Experience in a school with a strong focus on social mobility and inclusion.
