Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students from all ability levels.
• Contribute to the development of the Mathematics curriculum and teaching strategies across the school, including the Prep Department.
• Support the continued success of the department by promoting excellent academic outcomes and student achievement.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual learning needs of students and ensure inclusive education for all.
• Encourage a passion for mathematics in students through creative and innovative teaching practices.
• Participate in departmental meetings, staff training, and wider school events and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the learning experience for all students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Mathematics education.
• Ability to teach Mathematics to GCSE and A Level standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student welfare and the promotion of a positive learning environment.
• Willingness to contribute to the development of the department and school as a whole.

Preferred

• Experience in teaching across a range of key stages.
• Background in working with students of varying abilities and learning needs.
