Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead coaching sessions for designated age groups during weekdays and weekends.
  • Deliver technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of netball training.
  • Work within agreed hours and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and training progress.
  • Communicate effectively with the Director of Sport, other coaches, and parents.
  • Support the school's ethos and maintain high professional standards.
  • Contribute to additional sports and take on any reasonable duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A recognized netball coaching qualification.
  • Ability to umpire netball matches.
  • Experience in coaching at a junior or senior level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student safety and welfare.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of sports development and youth coaching best practices.
  • Flexibility to work across different age groups and times.
  • Ability to contribute to the school’s wider sporting programs.
