Join a school in need of a dedicated Nursery Nurse or Teaching Assistant to provide essential support to young learners. This role plays a vital part in the development and well-being of children in the Foundation Stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children in all aspects of their learning and development.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and structured activities.
• Promote positive behavior and ensure a safe, stimulating environment for young children.
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to support individual and group learning needs.
• Monitor and record children’s progress and development regularly.
• Ensure the maintenance of high standards in English and Mathematics.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the Foundation Stage classroom.
• Support the integration of children with additional needs, including those on the Autistic Spectrum.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience working in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Good standards in English and Mathematics.
• Enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Ability to support children’s learning and development effectively.

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
• Graduate qualification or currently studying for one.
• Experience working in a school with a specialist resource for children on the Autistic Spectrum.
