The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and driven KS2 Teacher with Leadership Responsibilities to join a high-performing team. This role offers the chance to make a real impact on student outcomes while taking on leadership responsibilities and shaping the future of teaching and learning across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to Key Stage 2 pupils, ensuring academic excellence and a love of learning.
  • Support and mentor colleagues, contributing to the professional development of the teaching team.
  • Play a strategic role in curriculum development and the enhancement of teaching and learning practices across the school.
  • Drive standards in Key Stage 2 by leading on best practice, assessment, and pupil progress.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leaders to implement school-wide initiatives and policies.
  • Ensure a structured, disciplined, and purposeful learning environment for all pupils.
  • Contribute to the school’s mission of excellence in English, Mathematics, and the Sciences.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Key Stage 2.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning in a primary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge in English, Mathematics, and the Sciences.
  • Experience in a leadership role within a school or educational setting.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and the well-being of pupils.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in curriculum development or leading teaching and learning initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the Wembley Multi Academy Trust and its values.
  • Experience with data analysis and pupil progress tracking.
  • Leadership experience in a multi-academy trust or similar educational environment.
