Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the holistic development of young children
• Communicate effectively with parents to keep them informed about their child’s progress and development
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach to teaching and learning
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence
• Support the school’s commitment to inclusive education and cultural diversity
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and development

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education or pre-school settings
• Strong understanding of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to create a safe and stimulating learning environment
