Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the school’s academic standards and curriculum requirements.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and learning resources.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Appropriate degree with UK PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification granting QTS.
  • Minimum three years of teaching experience.
  • Acceptable police checks (or equivalent) from the country of origin and any other countries worked in.
  • References from current and previous employers, corroborated by personal phone calls.

Preferred

  • Experience in the UK state or independent sector or international teaching environments.
  • Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative approach to teaching and learning.
  • Experience with leadership and extracurricular programs.
