The Opportunity:

A school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join its team and support the development of young children aged 16 months to 3 years. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in an international and dynamic educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences tailored to the needs of young children.
• Adapt teaching methods to support children with diverse learning needs, including those learning English as an additional language.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement the school’s curriculum and ethos.
• Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment that encourages respect and good behaviour.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the classroom.
• Support the emotional and social development of young learners through positive interactions and guidance.
• Participate in professional development and training to enhance teaching practice and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant qualification such as NNEB, CACHE Level 3, BTEC, NVQ Level 3, EYTS, EYPS, or QTS.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS UK curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Commitment to child safety and well-being.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience working in an international school environment.
• Familiarity with multicultural and multilingual classroom settings.
• Experience with child safeguarding and best practices.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving school environment.
