Key Responsibilities:

  • Support qualified teachers in delivering high-quality early years education based on the EYFS framework
  • Create engaging and safe learning environments that promote holistic development in young children
  • Assist in planning and delivering activities that encourage creativity, communication, and physical development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent and effective teaching practices
  • Monitor and support individual child progress and development
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s learning and development
  • Promote positive behavior and build strong relationships with children and parents
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting
  • Basic understanding of child development principles
  • Strong communication skills with both children and adults
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and creativity when supporting young learners

Preferred

  • Experience with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally within the EYFS framework
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TEFL) or similar
