Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Art and Photography lessons that inspire creativity and foster student engagement.
  • Develop and implement a curriculum that encourages artistic expression and technical skill.
  • Promote a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Enrichment Faculty to enhance cross-disciplinary learning.
  • Support students in achieving their full potential through personalized feedback and guidance.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and pastoral responsibilities.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular assessments and reports.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in Art and Photography education.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Art and Photography.
  • Strong subject knowledge and practical skills in Art and Photography.
  • Commitment to inclusive education and student-centered learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching both full-time and part-time roles.
  • Experience in delivering creative and innovative lessons.
  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment.
  • Experience with working in a school with a strong pastoral and inclusive ethos.
