Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise lessons and ensure a purposeful and productive learning environment.
• Support students in developing independence, resilience, and responsibility for their learning.
• Deliver high-quality cover lessons across a range of subjects.
• Provide small group interventions and mentoring to support student progress.
• Uphold high expectations for behaviour and engagement in the classroom.
• Work collaboratively with staff and leaders to maintain consistent standards of teaching and learning.
• Contribute to a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence in education.
• Support the school’s vision for student success and academic achievement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain positive student behaviour.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to supporting student learning and achievement.
• Willingness to cover a range of subjects at different levels.

Preferred

• Experience in teaching or education, including knowledge of curriculum requirements.
• Experience with small group interventions or mentoring.
• Familiarity with digital and creative learning environments.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
