Key Responsibilities:

• Teach a range of High School Mathematics classes, including IB Diploma Mathematics courses.
• Design and deliver engaging, concept-based learning experiences that challenge and support diverse learners.
• Utilize the school’s learning principles to guide effective teaching and student progress.
• Contribute to a reading culture by engaging with Young Adult literature and managing classroom libraries.
• Provide timely and meaningful feedback through formative and summative assessments.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies that support academic, social, and emotional learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about student progress and learning outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A recognized teaching qualification and a degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
• Experience teaching IB Diploma Mathematics, including Higher Level Analysis and Approaches (HLAI).
• Commitment to concept-based teaching and learning.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive school culture.

Preferred

• Experience in curriculum development.
• Demonstrated ability to support diverse learners.
