The Opportunity:

As a Psychology Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education across IGCSE, A Level, and IBDP pathways. You will also contribute to the school’s pastoral care and co-curricular activities, making a meaningful impact on students' academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Psychology across IGCSE, A Level, and IBDP pathways with a focus on student engagement and academic success.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the school’s pastoral care programme.
  • Support and lead co-curricular activities that enhance student learning and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Stay updated with curriculum developments and best practices in Psychology education.
  • Provide individualised support to students, promoting their academic and personal well-being.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching and leadership skills.
  • Contribute to the planning and assessment of student progress in Psychology.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in Psychology education.
  • Strong knowledge of IGCSE, A Level, and IBDP Psychology curricula.
  • Commitment to pastoral care and student well-being.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching the IBDP Psychology course.
  • Involvement in co-curricular activities or leadership roles.
  • Background in student support or pastoral care.
  • Experience working in an international school setting.
