Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Mathematics up to A-level with a focus on outstanding teaching and learning.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the Mathematics curriculum.
  • Support students in achieving their full academic potential through innovative and engaging teaching methods.
  • Participate in the co-curricular life of the school, including extracurricular activities and events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance departmental performance and student outcomes.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students through effective assessment and evaluation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Mathematics.
  • Experience teaching Mathematics up to A-level.
  • Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Willingness to participate in the co-curricular life of the school.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working with ECTs or in an induction process.
  • Background in Catholic education or values.
  • Experience in pastoral care or student support.
  • Familiarity with the UK curriculum and examination system.
