The Opportunity:

A school is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part Time Office Admin and HR Assistant to support the Leadership Team and HR Manager. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact through administrative and HR support in a dynamic and values-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team, including drafting and proofreading documents and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Support the HR Manager with HR administration, recruitment, and general HR duties.
  • Assist the wider administration teams with tasks such as processing detentions and lates.
  • Organise and support Academy events as required.
  • Use ICT efficiently, with an advantage for experience with Google Workplace.
  • Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure during busy periods.
  • Proficient use of ICT and office software.

Preferred

  • Experience with Google Workplace.
  • Previous experience in an educational or HR support role.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
