The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality PE and Games lessons that inspire and engage students.
- Develop and implement a dynamic and inclusive PE curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and personal development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the school’s co-curricular and sporting activities.
- Monitor and assess student progress in PE and Games, providing constructive feedback.
- Encourage and support students in developing a lifelong interest in sport and physical activity.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure the safe and effective use of PE facilities and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in PE and Games.
- Strong knowledge of physical education and sports.
- Experience working with children aged 4 to 13.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in a school setting with a strong focus on character development and wellbeing.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies in PE.
- Experience with co-curricular and extracurricular sporting activities.
