The Opportunity:

As a Personal Assistant to the Executive Head and Head Teachers, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative support to key leadership figures. This is a dynamic role that supports the smooth operation of the school and ensures excellent communication with parents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate diary schedules for the Executive Head and Head Teachers, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling of meetings and events.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations in line with confidentiality and UK-GDPR requirements.
  • Support the delivery of parent events, including awards ceremonies, parents evenings, and sports days, ensuring a positive experience for families.
  • Coordinate school operations, including school photos, inset days, and other campus-level activities.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with internal and external regulations, including staff training and management of published school data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by acting as a key point of contact for parents via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with the School Support Centre (SSC) to ensure seamless support for the Executive Head and Head Teachers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all administrative tasks and communications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Exemplary levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
  • High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion.
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database input.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Student Management databases (preferably iSAMS).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience managing data in line with UK-GDPR requirements.
  • Experience within a similar role at a school.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £31,000 per annum.
  • Full-time, permanent position with 52 weeks of work per year.
  • On-site working pattern with no hybrid options.
