This role offers a fully salaried, school-based training route to Qualified Teacher Status and a PGCE, with full sponsorship of tuition fees. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a progressive Computer Science curriculum, including OCR GCSE, AQA A Level, and IB Diploma.
• Teach Computer Science at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with potential to teach in the Sixth Form.
• Support students in developing computational thinking and practical coding skills in C#, Java, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team on the school’s digital strategy and AI integration.
• Participate in a structured mentorship programme with dedicated support from experienced colleagues.
• Engage in professional development and research initiatives aligned with the school’s educational vision.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
• Commitment to education and a passion for Computer Science.
• Willingness to pursue a PGCE and achieve Qualified Teacher Status.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

• Experience in teaching or training, especially in Computer Science.
