Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons at both GCSE and A Level.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Physics curriculum.
- Support students through personalized learning and pastoral care.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Science Department and wider school.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Stay up to date with developments in Physics and education practices.
- Contribute to the school’s mission of fostering resilience, integrity, and a spirit of curiosity.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant Physics experience.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Physics.
- Experience in teaching at both GCSE and A Level.
- Commitment to inclusive education and pastoral care.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in a day and boarding school environment.
- Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and technology.
- Experience with co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team.
