Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Physics lessons up to GCSE
• Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
• Contribute to curriculum development and wider school life
• Support student progress through effective assessment and feedback
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular, constructive feedback to students
• Participate in staff development and training opportunities

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge in Physics
• Excellent classroom management and teaching skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire students
• Commitment to working as part of a collaborative team

Preferred

• Experience in teaching Physics up to GCSE
• Experience with curriculum development
• Experience in working with students of diverse abilities
• Experience with the Science of Learning and Rosenshine’s principles
