The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress effectively
- Use data to inform planning and improve student outcomes
- Contribute to the development of the Art curriculum within the department
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, effort, and achievement
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices
- Participate in enrichment activities and contribute to the wider life of the school
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong subject knowledge in Art
- Experience teaching Art across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Excellent classroom management and teaching skills
- Commitment to inclusive practice and raising achievement for all learners
Preferred
- Experience teaching A Level Art
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with curriculum development and enrichment activities
