Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver intellectually rigorous, engaging, and imaginative lessons aligned with the National Curriculum and local requirements.

  • Promote students’ emotional wellbeing, resilience, and character development alongside academic progress.
  • Maintain open communication with parents to support student learning and build strong partnerships.

  • Support the implementation of safeguarding policies and ensure the highest standards of student protection.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve teaching and learning across the school.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
  • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Cambridge International Curriculum school.
  • Experience in differentiating instruction to support diverse learning needs.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of local education regulations and standards.
  • Experience with curriculum development and enrichment programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues.
