Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum.
  • Foster curiosity, creativity, and emotional wellbeing through play-based learning and interactive teaching strategies.
  • Personalise instruction to meet the unique needs and developmental stages of each child.
  • Monitor and document student progress through formative observations and developmental milestones.
  • Create a warm, inclusive classroom environment that supports the holistic growth of every learner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and thematic learning experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates on student development.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching in Early Years, preferably within a Cambridge International Curriculum school.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and assessment practices.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of local educational regulations and standards.
