Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to primary students in line with the IB framework.
• Develop and implement individualized learning plans that support student progress and achievement.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver cross-curricular projects and activities.
• Monitor and assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives to enhance teaching and learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to support student growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with a recognized teaching qualification and relevant experience in primary education.
• Strong command of English and the ability to teach in a multilingual environment.
• Experience with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) or similar international curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to student wellbeing and a positive, inclusive classroom culture.

Preferred

• Experience teaching in an international school setting.
• Fluency in French or German, with the ability to support bilingual learning.
• Experience with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and innovative teaching methodologies.
