Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality lessons
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
  • Commitment to equality, inclusion, and the promotion of positive values
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience in working with diverse student groups
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
  • Experience in developing and implementing inclusive teaching strategies
  • Previous experience in a small school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
