Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dynamic, inclusive, and effective lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum.
  • Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans that promote student engagement and learning.
  • Support enrichment activities and school events that enhance the student experience.
  • Strengthen parental engagement through clear communication and regular progress updates.
  • Use data-driven strategies to support diverse learning needs and improve student outcomes.
  • Integrate digital tools to enhance learning and create innovative classroom experiences.
  • Foster creativity, problem-solving, and design thinking in students.
  • Contribute to curriculum innovation and quality assurance processes.
  • Ensure rigorous assessment and provide timely, constructive feedback.
  • Reflect on teaching practice to continuously improve and grow professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • Experience of delivering a UK National Curriculum in the UK or overseas.
  • Hold a current Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure for all countries lived in.
  • Compliance with visa requirements, including a minimum bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of teaching experience.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.

Preferred

  • Experience with international education and diverse student populations.
  • Familiarity with the IB curriculum and teaching methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital learning tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills.
