Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic, inclusive, and effective lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum.
- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans that promote student engagement and learning.
- Support enrichment activities and school events that enhance the student experience.
- Strengthen parental engagement through clear communication and regular progress updates.
- Use data-driven strategies to support diverse learning needs and improve student outcomes.
- Integrate digital tools to enhance learning and create innovative classroom experiences.
- Foster creativity, problem-solving, and design thinking in students.
- Contribute to curriculum innovation and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure rigorous assessment and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Reflect on teaching practice to continuously improve and grow professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Experience of delivering a UK National Curriculum in the UK or overseas.
- Hold a current Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure for all countries lived in.
- Compliance with visa requirements, including a minimum bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of teaching experience.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
Preferred
- Experience with international education and diverse student populations.
- Familiarity with the IB curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with digital learning tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills.
