Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging PE lessons that meet the needs of diverse age groups and abilities.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that align with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support school-wide initiatives and contribute to curriculum development.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning and growth.
• Promote a culture of physical well-being and lifelong fitness among students.
• Participate in professional development and training to enhance teaching practice.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Teacher status with a minimum of three to four years teaching experience in Secondary PE
• Understanding of effective teaching and learning theory and practice
• Holding a PGCE/ QTS or national recognized teaching license
• Ability to teach a range of PE activities across different age groups

Preferred

• A degree in Physical Education
• Experience with international curriculum frameworks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced international environment
