The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum of England.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
- Monitor and support student progress through regular assessments and feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practice.
- Work closely with parents and guardians to support student learning and wellbeing.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A recognised educational degree, such as a Bachelor's in Education or an equivalent qualification.
- A certified teaching qualification such as a PGCE or QTS with an Early Career Teaching Certificate.
- Minimum two years of teaching experience, with experience in the EYFS or early years education preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching the National Curriculum of England.
- A passion for early years education and a student-centered approach to learning.
- A commitment to professional growth and collaboration with colleagues.
Preferred
- International teaching experience.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
- Familiarity with international qualifications such as the IB Diploma or BTEC.
