The Opportunity:

As a Primary Executive Principal, you will lead and develop the primary provision within a dynamic multi-academy trust. This role is central to raising standards, supporting staff, and ensuring a high-quality education for all pupils. You will work closely with existing leaders to drive continuous improvement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the development of primary academies across the trust.
• Work in partnership with existing Primary Principals to strengthen leadership and school performance.
• Drive the implementation of a knowledge-rich curriculum and extracurricular opportunities.
• Promote a culture of inclusion, aspiration, and respect across all schools.
• Ensure the well-being and professional development of staff.
• Monitor and report on academic progress and school performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and improve student outcomes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to emerging leaders within the trust.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in senior leadership within primary education.
• Strong track record in school improvement and raising standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of curriculum development and educational best practices.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

• Experience in multi-academy trust environments.
• Background in developing and mentoring school leaders.
• Experience with pastoral care and student well-being initiatives.
• Familiarity with knowledge-rich curriculum models.
