Key Responsibilities:

• Support class teachers in delivering stimulating lessons to Pre-Prep and EYFS students.
• Assist in developing pupils’ spiritual, moral, cultural, mental, and physical growth.
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment that prioritizes pupil well-being.
• Provide support for pupils with individual needs and learning challenges.
• Contribute to extra-curricular clubs and whole-school initiatives.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of activities that promote holistic development.
• Uphold safeguarding and pastoral care standards in line with school policies.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance the learning experience for all students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience working with young children in a school or early years setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to pupil well-being and safeguarding.
• Ability to support teaching and learning in a classroom environment.
• Flexibility to work across different age groups and abilities.

Preferred

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
• Experience with early years curriculum and child development.
• Knowledge of inclusive teaching practices.
