Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality physical education lessons aligned with the National Curriculum of England.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate physical education programmes that support physical, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate physical education with other areas of the curriculum.
  • Promote a culture of health, fitness, and well-being through extracurricular activities and school events.

  • Monitor and assess student progress in line with school and curriculum standards.
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to the wider school community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A recognised educational degree, such as a Bachelor's in Education or an equivalent qualification.
  • A certified teaching qualification such as a PGCE or QTS with an Early Career Teaching Certificate.
  • Minimum two years of teaching experience.
  • Strong subject knowledge in physical education and the National Curriculum of England.
  • A passion for student-centered learning and a commitment to professional growth.
  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
  • A strong commitment to contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activities.

Preferred

  • International teaching experience.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Familiarity with international curricula and qualifications.
