Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and structured swimming lessons across all age groups
• Assess student ability and adapt instruction to support individual progress
• Promote water safety, correct techniques, and skill development
• Contribute to the development of the school’s swimming curriculum and program
• Assist with PE lessons and wider school sports activities
• Support extracurricular activities, competitions, and school events
• Identify and nurture talented swimmers through development pathways
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Relevant swimming coaching qualification or certification
• Experience coaching or teaching swimming to children
• Ability to assess skill levels and develop training programs
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international school environment

Preferred

• Lifesaving and first-aid certification
• Experience with international curriculum settings
