Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
- Strong understanding of direct instruction pedagogy and curriculum sequencing.
- Commitment to high standards of behaviour and academic achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive and professional team.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering a curriculum that promotes creativity and cultural enrichment.
- Previous experience in a school with a warm/strict ethos.

- Experience with Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) roles, particularly in English.
