Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
  • Strong understanding of direct instruction pedagogy and curriculum sequencing.
  • Commitment to high standards of behaviour and academic achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive and professional team.

Preferred

  • Experience in delivering a curriculum that promotes creativity and cultural enrichment.
  • Previous experience in a school with a warm/strict ethos.
  • Familiarity with the Galleywall values: Enlightened, Aspirational, Individual, Entrepreneurial, and Compassionate.
  • Experience with Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) roles, particularly in English.
