Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
  • Proven ability to deliver a well-sequenced, knowledge-rich curriculum.
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
  • Commitment to high academic standards and student achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading or supporting curriculum development.
  • Familiarity with direct instruction pedagogy.
  • Experience in working within a school with a ‘warm/strict’ approach to behaviour.
  • Background in delivering high-quality cultural enrichment opportunities.
  • Experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
