Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
- Proven ability to deliver a well-sequenced, knowledge-rich curriculum.
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
- Commitment to high academic standards and student achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or supporting curriculum development.
- Familiarity with direct instruction pedagogy.
- Experience in working within a school with a ‘warm/strict’ approach to behaviour.

- Experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
