Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven track record of sustained school improvement
- Demonstrable impact on pupil outcomes and life chances
- Experience in building high-performance cultures
- Strong leadership and management experience
- Ability to work effectively in high challenge, high support environments
- Commitment to inclusive education and community engagement
Preferred
- Experience in leading school improvement initiatives
- Background in secondary education
- Experience with evidence-informed teaching and learning strategies
- Familiarity with working within a multi-academy trust or similar network
