The Opportunity:
As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Business Services team through the next phase of growth across multiple locations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a school trust that values collaboration, innovation and the professional growth of its staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team in the administration of employee records, payroll and personnel processes.
- Assist in the management of recruitment processes, including candidate selection and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for staff meetings, training sessions and HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with line managers to ensure HR processes are followed consistently across all locations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the management of employee relations and support the resolution of HR-related queries.
- Support the delivery of employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in a similar HR or administrative role within an educational setting or multi-academy trust.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all HR-related documentation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
- A strong moral purpose and drive for improvement in education and organisational processes.
Preferred
- Experience with HR software and systems.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience with flexible working arrangements and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Experience in a large, multi-site organisation or trust.
- A passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students and staff.
