The Opportunity:

As a Psychology & Sociology Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education through the Cambridge International Curriculum. You will inspire and support students in developing critical thinking and social awareness, while contributing to a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality instruction in Psychology & Sociology according to the Cambridge International Curriculum framework.
  • Prepare and update lesson plans, teaching materials, and manage information on the LMS.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
  • Monitor and assess student academic progress, providing timely feedback and support.
  • Maintain accurate student records and prepare progress reports.
  • Establish and enforce classroom expectations while supporting student behavior and social development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and guardians to address student progress and concerns.
  • Develop and implement remedial programs for students requiring additional support.
  • Participate in professional development, faculty meetings, and school events.
  • Plan and contribute to extracurricular activities and supervise students during non-class times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Education Degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional teaching qualification or license.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a formal school environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
