The Opportunity:
A school is seeking a Psychology Teacher (Part-Time) to join its dedicated Sixth Form team. This role is ideal for an experienced educator who is passionate about inspiring students and delivering high-quality lessons. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and innovative Psychology lessons to students at KS5.
- Develop and maintain a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and interest in Psychology.
- Foster strong relationships with students through active listening and mutual respect.
- Utilise the flexibility of an independent curriculum to enhance teaching and learning.
- Contribute to the school’s ethos by working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting the overall mission of the institution.

- Ensure that teaching practices align with the school’s commitment to academic excellence and personal growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the appropriate age range.
- Proven experience teaching Psychology at KS5 level.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Commitment to raising academic standards and student engagement.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to the development of Psychology curricula.
- Familiarity with co-curricular activities and student support initiatives.
