Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and innovative science lessons that align with the school's curriculum and learning objectives.
• Use educational technology and blended learning strategies to enhance student understanding and engagement.
• Plan and deliver lessons that cater to diverse learning needs, styles, and abilities.
• Foster a classroom environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and independent learning.
• Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding student progress and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent disciplinary practices and student well-being.
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to curriculum development and after-school activities.
• Support the school’s community engagement initiatives and attend events as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s of Education degree or a valid certified professional teaching qualification and license.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in an international school.
• Strong subject knowledge in science and the ability to deliver curriculum content effectively.

Preferred

• Experience teaching the US Curriculum.
• Experience working with English Language Learners.
• Familiarity with international curricula such as the International Baccalaureate.
